Having suffered with ankylosing spondylitis I found my general wellbeing to be taking a downward spiral despite my best efforts to keep in shape and regularly stretch.

I was suffering from chest & hip pain and at the advice of the doctor and physio I decided to reach out to Ryan for PT sessions. Fast forward to today and I no longer have any hip pain and my chest pains have dramatically reduced all down to Ryan and his approach to helping me improve my overall core strength.

Ryan encourages a relaxed atmosphere with positive reinforcement, he has fantastic knowledge and has tailored sessions to suit my needs.

He’s also given me nutritional advice which combined with regular sessions have resulted in me developing a stronger core, a better sense of well being, weight loss and generally reducing the amount of pain I deal with.
